The Solfeggio Frequencies and The Solfège System have repeatedly become entangled due to their similarity in name, with many believing that they are the same thing or closely connected. Here, I investigate the two, bringing into question the authenticity of The Solfeggio Frequencies and sharing the origins and theory behind The Solfège System, aiming to illustrate that they aren’t related at all.


Marking Time
How does our relationship with time affect how we perceive our own lives? By remaining stuck to the notion of the 24-hour clock, are we being subsumed into the constant feeling of a daily countdown? Seemingly watching our lives slip away like sand through an hourglass, always wondering whether we can ever do enough to feel satisfied by what we are so conscious of losing…
